Definition DX-5 in the group Bookshelf Speakers at Dynavoice (990DX5)

DYNAVOICE DEFINITION

The Dynavoice Definition DX-5 bookshelf speaker has a perfect timbre match with the rest of the speakers in the Definition series. The dual tweeters are perfectly complemented by the 5,25 inch woofer and makes the DX-5 the perfect choise for a stereo system together with a subwoofer or as surround speakers in a 5.1 system.

To guarantee stability and control in the low frequenzy tones we use bullet proof Kevlar in the woofers, a thin lightweight material that stiffens the cone, and makes it more responsive to micro-details. The basket is cast in aluminium which makes the entire woofer even more stable.

To reproduce the details in the high frequency tones we have placed a soft dome tweeter and a ribbon tweeter in the top. Together they harmonize perfectly and reaches up to 32 kHz.

On the gold plated Bi-wire terminal we have placed a bracket that lets you fine tune the midrange. You can choose between -2 dB / 0 dB / +2 dB / +4 dB and you will immediately notice a change in sound character.
